<br /><br />Power is taken off the front of this Chevy. Notice the timing chain. Damper plate was replaced. When you split the tranny from the engine, oil comes out!<br /><br />

<br /> <br /><br />And finally, the test ride. We lost a fuel pump in the middle of the river. Careful planning resulted in my go cart tank being stowed aboard. Got us back to the ramp no problem Bobby is in the picture holding it. We had to refill it 5 times.<br /><br />

Floor reinstall pictures. This boat is all fiberglass. No wood stringers. Yeah, I didnt believe it either till I saw it myself. There is some wood sistered to the rear stringers to lag the engine into.<br /><br />

This boat stays in the garage from now on.<br /><br />

<br /><br />Oh yeah, here is the engine. 327 Chris Craft QA. 230 hp. I am told the cam has been stepped up and it is closer to 300 hp now.<br /><br />

Sweet...so what's next? Please tell me you are going to rebuild or at least do a top over and paint that engine up real nice!
