1968 Evinrude 85 hp

been stored for about 5 yrs had a guy look at it said junk it. Really wanted to get it running and back on the Boston Whaler that my Dad gave me. It once was a great boat with this motor, wanted to restore. Now not sure.
No spark, needs seals, impeller dried out, and well just about everything else I guess, oh has good compression.
Should I just junk it at the scrap yard, or is there a place to get rid of these old things for parts or whatever?
