1968 Evinrude 18 hp Need carb diagram or pic. Please

I was working with a buddy on his 18 Evinrude 68 model and we needed to clean the carb. He took apart the choke area stuff. When we went to put it back together there is a rod and choke linkage I could not figure out how it goes back together. Does someone have a pic or diagram of theres I could use as reference. Sorry about the crummy picture, but is this the rod you are asking about? It is held by a little black plastic clip and kicks the throttle open when you pull the choke knob.
