1968 Chrysler 3.5 with no spark

Hello, I have a 3.5 Chrysler that was my fathers. I have attempted to get this running but, faced the problem of getting no spark. I changed the spark plug, cleaned the points (really cleaned them), and tested the magneto. after doing this, still no spark. I used a multimeter and confirmed electricity can flow from the points to the plug. It doesn't make sense, what am I doing wrong?

File the points or replace, that old they can be bad and no amount of cleaning/sanding will help.
Condenser could be bad??
Does that model have a kill button? test it?

It has a lever throttle. condenser is good, points I believe are good. How much would a new one be?
