1968 Charger 151 - Won't start, need ideas??

I have recently inherited a 1968 Charger 151 with a Chrysler 175hp V-8 original motor. It was running the last time it was used, then sat in a barn for 5 years, when it was recently given to me. This is my first boat, and a learning process. The motor will crank when you turn the key, but will not turn over and run. Checked fuel and oil, put in new spark plugs, new battery and even tried using carburator cleaner...no luck, any ideas???

Check for spark on each cylinder first. My guess is that motor has a distributer with points at that age. Find the points and clean them up. After 5 years they are probably corroded. Once you have spark next try spraying gas oil mix into the carbs and see if you can get it to sputter.
