I am looking for replacement part for my motor and the part stores say they are n/a. Is there an internet page or persons here that can help me find what I am looking for.

Right now I am looking for the stator plate assembly with points included. I have tried NAPA also still n/a.

Symptoms: It was running fine, good top end, a little rough at idle. One day looking for a brush pile it started missing bad(at idle). So I took it for a run around the cove, top end was fine. Shut it off(at the brush pile), fished, started it up fine but no top end. Only about 1/4 throttle. Timing is mechanical and is advancing properly. It will put around just fine but no top end.

Fixed: New fuel pump, cleaned and rebuilt carb, new tank, lines and connections. New seals in power head, reads are fine. Filed points and reset to .020"(as per manual).

Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

SSG Quig
