1967 Merc 500 steering

I bought a clean 67 merc 500 to run on my starcraft. It has the morse single cable mounted threw the tilt tube. The problem I am having is finding the rod that goes from the cable to the steering arm. Any ideas where to get one? A picture would help as I already bought a link arm for 75 bucks thats not even close. Thanks for any help.

Check the Sticky's on here for salvage yards that might have one for your motor. I'll check for one outback tomarrow to see if I have one.
