1967 Eska 5hp model 1165 need info

I'm an old man just getting started refurbishing Eska, Sears, Ted William's outboard. Electronics is has me stumped.
Seized pistion.. I ordered a used powerhead and I will re-install original timing plate/speed controller. I need step by step info on how to set timing/points.

Not much response here, did you ever get this outboard running?, my guess it that it should still be using a point magneto, if you still need any info feel free to ask.
