Yup, it will never dry out! Remove and replace. Use the two part pour in foam. USComposites.com sells it at a very reasonable price.

Have you seen the foam under the deck ? I have a 64 MFG and there was no foam under the deck from the factory on mine . Maybe I have a Friday built boat and they just left it out .. :laugh:

Ya know, I think I was a bit misleading... You don't HAVE to replace the foam necessarily. Some boat hulls ARE built with the premise that the FOAM will be a structural component to help Strengthen it sooo we need to see pics to determine if that is the case. If Not then you don't have to replace it but it is a Good thing to have in case of catastrophic failure of the hull. Your boat won't sink to the bottom of the lake.
