Restored is an often broad definition miss used by some that have actually resto-mod'd vintage tin boats or put their own 'touches' that may or may not detract from the original.
From the 1 pix: wrong helm seats, wrong (but sort of vintage look) rear seats, the huge wooden deck covering some portion (all?) of the splashwell and its been painted In a non-factory dark color.
So, not what I'd call "restored", but if well done, it could be a nice boat.
More pix would be helpful.
Unfortunately, being on this forum has made me a skeptical pessimist about used boats.
Dig in when you go see it. Look in every nook & cranny, open hatches. Put your hands into/under places you can't see.
Confirm it doesn't have a nee pretty deck (floor) laid over the old nasty one...
Ask about flotation foam. It had foam originally, should have it now
Exactly what all was done & what wasn't, pix of progress throughout resto?
Get an on the water test, not just started on muffs in the driveway
And that's ^^^^ just a start
