I have stripped paint and sanded boat cause i like the shiny metal look but havent figured out how to finish it i tried using brass wheel ive watched how they shine them tanker trucks up so maybe i should use buffing pad or wheel i want to paint the inside with white should i prime first then use enamal not forsure i didnt want to spray i was going to use brush cause i figured it would stick better and how hard do you think it would be to replace new wood at transom i would like to do that first but not forsure if ill have to grind ribits off and replace with new bolts i dont want to finish inside and have to replace transom later cause i was going to raise back with wood to hide the tank battery and stuff and make level with a bench seat any tips or pics on how you did your aluminum or the inside of your boat would be nice i want a cruiser ans a fishing boat but not for bass but for catfishing

None of what you describe is that hard to do if you have the right tools and research the information before starting the project.

You should read a few of the aluminum boat restoration threads in this forum so you can see how other people have done their boats. Knowing what to do before you do it makes a job easier and quicker.

This is a good/easy way to replace rivets instead of using nuts and bolts:
