1960 Glasspar.. 78 85hp Johnson mounting question

Need to remove the 4 mounting bolts that go through the transom. I need to know know what to use to seal the holes when remounting. The P.O. seems to have filled the holes with some type of silicone that remained fairly flexible. What I use and how best to do it...??

Most of us use 3M 5200 to seal the mounting bolts. Fill the holes and make sure some is under the bolt heads and washers on both sides of the transom.
