1960 14 ' crestliner falcon

I inherited mine.....was wondering how decent they were....they seem to be rare....am i correct? I am planning on restoring it to original ( paint , seats and top )...anyone have the same model?

Rare ? maybe , I have one I bought in 1990 my first boat, I thought I had the world by the butt! paid $225 for it, it has a 40 hp johnson superquiet, I haven't used it since 97 and just pulled it out of the shed with plans of restoring. I did always worry about the transom with that big motor so I did re-inforce it. sure had alot of fun with it.

I see i am not the only one with a falcon....I believe mine is actually a 1961 due to the interior trim.....I too am planning on repainting and getting a new top for it....Do you have pics to share?

I could not find any other year except 1960 that matched mine, I am wondering what the seats looked like? I have none. I will look into getting some pics and posting, it may be easier to contact me by my e-mail I will send a private message.

The model number for a 1961 was a 754...in 1960 it was a 753.
If you go to retrocrestliner.com look under the catalog on the top left....you will find the interior of the 1960 and the 1961...Mine is a 1961 Falcon deluxe. In 1960 there seems to be two colour options...the blue and white or the red and white....I believe the 1961 deluxe came in only one colour...off white with a black pinstripe.I hope this helps.
