I'm continuing my 196 Fishmaster restoration from last year and have started riveting down the new epoxied floor plywood. Some of the dome head rivets sit proud of the surface by .050 or so and I'm worried that the heads of the rivets may telegraph through the new vinyl thats gowing down.
Should I: A not worrie about it - I wont notice it
B: Sand off as much of the head as I dare to minimize it
C- Put some epoxy over the heads to smooth em out
D- put a layer of roven woving (.038 thick) and epoxy it down possibly cutting holes in the mat where heads are
Any other ideas would be welcome
