Try Twin Cities Outboard near Minneapolis, MN. They have parts for motors from 1900s and up. Very reasonable and VERY knowledgeable. I just bought an impeller pump for a 3.5 Johnson 1950s they suggested to sand the size down since they made it a little thicker and it will freeze in the housing. It did save me from buying another one after discovering problem.
