you can actually buy 2 cycle motor-powered blenders. Unlike outboard-blenders, they do not pump their exhaust into your drink.

Think thats what they have there. If you look at the pictures in the link, it appears they gutted the original engine out of it, and tucked the engine for one of those gas blenders inside the cover. Thus rendering what was probably a functional outboard useless, and a portable blender became a cumbersome novelty...

This will work much better to mix your drink, gives a similar novelty quotient, and isn't nearly as cumbersome...
