i can fill the accelerator pump with cleaner then pump it and it will come out around the brass plug or jet, just watching you would think it is resticting gas flow and should come out to clean .

If you do a proper soak in real carb dip for about 4 hours at room temperature, then blow out the passages with generic carb spray, it will be clear. It's a very gross metering point. More important is the low-speed circuit and pilot passage, which will likewise be cleaned when you do a carb bath.

i have that manual it doesn't show that part or i couldnt find it , does it have ports around it ?

Because that bit is fixed in the bowl (a permanent part of 3V9032200M FLOAT CHAMBER), it is not available separately. It meters the discharge from the accelerator pump, so you don't flood out when tipping in from idle to power.

Update the carb clean and new fuel lines fixed the problem we hunted out of it yesterday ran all two gallons out no problems ( well a little cold natured ) all is well thanks to everyone for their help
