Hi everyone, could some one tell me is this a problem that i have since i'm new to boat and never go boating before until now. I have this 4.3L alpha 1 gen 2 and when i start driving the boat really stand up very high before it start to plan i already trim down all the way. also if i want to cruise at about 20 - 25 mph i would stand up again. is that normal or something wrong with my trim system and is there a way to adjust this, and do peoples adjust triming while driving?? please let me know.

Thanks

Lots of info here if you search, but yes use your trim when riding. Start off with it down trim up a little at speed. Not sure what you mean by it wanting to stand up (bow rise I presume) when cruising 20-25.

Yup, trim depends on speed, water conditions, # of people on boat, and lots of other factors. When driving, you are always going to be adjusting the trim. After a while, it becomes second nature.
