Replaced the T-stats, water pump, poppet valve & all the water/oil seals.
Poppet valve weep hole was shooting water into the cowl at idle while on the muffs so tightened the screw on the diaphragm.
Took the boat out on the lake and the cowl had water in it when I trailered it so assume it weeps at higher throttle settings. The water is definitely coming from the weep hole on the poppet valve plate.
Any help is appreciated as the Merc manual is a little thin on this issue.
