Before you take it out, I'd recommend putting a hydrofoil on the cav plate. You'll want a small one, like the Dolfin. It will make a world of difference. If you're putting a trolling motor on the bow, I'd recommend either a wireless or an electric steer, the cable steer motors are difficult to use on that type of setup.

Okay thanks.. How much do these dolfin's run? $$$ and no trolling motor here, only a bay fisher man
