Hey Everyone,

I posted a few weeks ago about a boat that my brother had gotten for me, but I thought I would restart the thread because it's actually a totally different boat than I thought it would be.

Anyway, he bought the boat for $10 from a guy who just wanted to get it out of his yard. I went this last weekend to get to see it and was actually quite surprised at this little gem he was able to pick up.

It's an older model 16ft. Phantom Bow Rider (not sure if that's the right name). They had removed the deck from the boat and cut out the benches and seats, so that will all have to be replace. But it has a great amount of room and will be perfect for me, my wife and our little girl.

Here's a picture of a boat I found that looks a lot like what I've got to work with.

I'll get pictures up on my next post of what I'm working with and see if any of you have any kind of idea what type of boat this is.

Great little boat. I love the look of those old Chrysler outboards as well. Hope you can get it running. Good luck with your project.
