Suddenly lose all thrust. Engine RPS revs increase, but not thrust. Any potential diagnoses for me to chase down would be appreciated. 2002 Merc 15hp 2 stroke
Sounds like a spun hub on the prop. A prop shop can rehub it for you.
You can mark across the under side of the hub with an indelible marker run the motor and check the mark.
Or just take it to the prop shop they can tell.
