150 mercury black max

Hi all,
I can’t find any information on my mercury 150 black max. The only number I see is on the block. 858-8346-c3. Any help would be greater appreciated as I’am looking to rebuild water pump. Be nice to know year of motor. Thank you

Finde the serial # or post pictures if decals are original.-----The number you posted is a part # and no help to determine the year !

Check just down to the right of where it says black max, should be a small sticker with the motor serial#

check here for a build date stamp.. its there but may be hard to see... thats tha timin'/throttle arm on port side.... also check welsh plug for a serial number.. it looks like a "freeze plug" top of block behind tha flywheel....


pictures of powerhead would also help with what it actually is............
