i just bought this boat, my first trip. ran ok on test run when i bought it. i took it out and it ran fine for a few start and stops, then when i had enough fishing for the day. i started it up, about 1 minute later the warning buzzer came on. i didn't think it was hot [overheated] . i attempted to give it full throttle, at 3000 rpm's it would cut out stopping my from reaching full throttle. i stopped it for 30 minutes. still same thing. now it's the morning after and the warning buzzer is still on ,, of course when i turn the key on. this is a 92 Johnson fast strike. The previous owner babied it. the oil injection tank was removed by prior owner. can any one help. or should i just take it to shop. http://forums.iboats.com/images/smilies/confused.gif
