I have a 1985 evinrude 15 hp thats benn setting about 1 year. Took the carb off took all of the plugs out of it and soaked in carb cleaner overnight, blew it out and a new napa carb kit. Thew some new plugs in it and it started up. Got it idleing best about 1 1/4 turns out. when I get about 1/4 to 3/4 throttle it is a sluggish, like slowly reving up and running a lil rough, sometimes will die but start right back up, then it will smooth out. run great at wot. Fuel line seems ok. Done about all I know to do. I am thinking maybe something eletrical since it will idle and run at wot good. its just the 1/4 to 3/4 range. Any help would be appreciated.
