I have a 14' fiberglass tiller motor boat that I plan on rebuilding this winter just got it last September been a great boat but the guy that had it before me didn't take very good care of it... im pretty good with fiberglass and my boat has the same hull design as the kennedy craft, randall craft, etc.... but instead of my deck being my hull like theirs I have my hull then stringers then a deck... could use some advice on how to put the new stringers in and what to bed them with... also the best way to go about redoing the transom....boat5.jpgboat3.jpgboat2.jpgboat4.jpgboat1.jpg

No reason to start a new thread:
Need some advice on restoring deck on 14' V-hull fiberglass boat

The red 90day banner applies to everyone but you.

Welcome back, WOG's got ya covered w/ suggested how to & what materials to use.

How wide are your stringers:

They look wider then 1 1/2", but it may just look that way from them being in a somewhat narrow hull.

Might need to glue up some thicker then 3/4" plywood stringers, rather then using a single thickness of 3/4".
