140.h.p johnson outboard

Have 140.h.p. johnson outboard motor about 20 years old,but still runs,but when you first start it it boggs down wont full throttle for about 30 min.or so then finally kicks in then runs good at full throttle??? APPRECIATE ANY HELP THANKS MARVIN.

Have you run some decarb cleaner through it?<br />It could be sticking reeds.<br /><br /><br /><br />------------------<br />the Early bird get's the worm...So, he don't have to stop for bait.
