140 dt lower unit

I have a 1989 DT 140,does anyone knows what lower unit years and hp are interchangeable with Dt 140,I know the 115 will work,but what about the 150 hp lower unit,any info will be helpful.Thanks:confused

no the 150 will not fit, the 115 & 140 from all years will fit ....

I think there is a LU on Ebay but it is an XL shaft.
