These things are a big problem here. If you take it apart, you will find a ton of junk inside. Mine looked like metal mud inside. Replaced one with the extra I had, two months later the other started. You can take it apart and try to flush it out(I used keorsene), that's if it will come off the engine. You can flush it while it's still mounted by using scrap fittings and some plastic hose and catch containers. You can also replace the o-rings inside as well.
