12 volt jack????

I just bought a 2010 Tahoe 215 xi and I cannot find the jack to plug up an air pump for the tube. Does it have one? If so, where? Also it came with a custom cover with the poles. How do I put it on? For instance, do you put the binimi on the little poles or just all the way down? I have it all the way down right now because I could not get it on otherwise.

At the starboard dash at the lower right corner should be a black cover about the size of a Quarter. Remove the cover you should be able to access the plug.The poles are for the custom cover only. look on the bottom side of the cover there will be a place for the pole. The poles are to hold up the cover to help keep the rain from saging the cover. Just rest the bottom end at the floor. .

I can't seem to find one on mine either...and it says it is supposed to come with one.

Update: I had to take it back to the dealer because the oil cooler end broke off. They fixed that and installed a 12 volt jack on the dash because they could not find one either.
