I have a 99' 115 yamaha 2 stroke. Just brought it back from fishing (where it worked great all morning) and went to lower the motor, and it would not move up or down. I used the manual release valve to lower it, and now it still won't move. TT Fluid is full.
However, I hear the motor and pump running fine when trying to trim both up and down, except nothing happens. I have tried both the switch on the throttle and motor as well. The only other problem I have had is lately I have to trim the motor up briefly, before being able to lower it after trailering.
Just wondering if anyone could guide me in the right starting direction to troubleshoot.
