I have a 95 model Johnson 115 fast strike,that I'm having problems starting. I't sit for over two years, before trying to start it I removed all the old fuel from the tank I could. Then added fresh fuel and a new battery.Had the motor running with ear muffs on at home,two or three weeks later went to lake motor would not start. Instaled new plugs which are fireing,and seems to be getting fuel but will not start.Any ideas on what the problem might be.
