115 hp choke plate?

I just purchased a Mercury 115hp motor and was wondering it there is supposed to be a sound attenuator plate (choke plate)? Mine doesn?t have and I have searched for one online but can?t find one for my size motor that is for a 3 carb not 4. Any help with this would be great.

Most of the in-line 6's didn't have much in front of the carbs. When they did use a real choke it was only on the top two carbs, not all three. When they went to the enrichener system instead of the choke plates, the carbs look pretty bare.
