1:4 epoxy over 1:2?

Hi, first post here.
I was given a Sea Ray Seville 17 with 70 hrs on it. It was “free” lol.
Moving on; after the first trip to the lake I figured out we had a small problem, wood rot, massive wood rot. So my wife and have stripped the deck stringers and everything out which is fine with me because now I can rebuild it to incorporate some fishing amenities.
My question is can I use a 2:1 penetrating epoxy and go over that with a 4:1 for the fiberglass? Will I have a delamination problem or a unwelcome chemical reaction? Thanks!

Not familiar with epoxy to answer your question, but any reason you chose epoxy over polyester?

Typically the ratio means the curing time in relation to outside temps. For instance I'm using a 4-1 that means it cooks faster at high temps but is recommended to be used in cooler temps. If both 4-1 and 2-1 are used there should not be a problem at all. In summer I switch to a 2-1. Gives me more time to work with it in the higher temps.
I also stick with the same mfg of the epoxy.
