why is my bilge pump blowing fuses?

Also your location would help as will your being around more, at this rate it will take all summer to get your bilge working correctly.

The metal drink holder on the console was rubbing against the wiring harness under the dash.Was tight to the wire and was shorting out the bilge pump circit.Thanks for your suggestions.
