your system should have four mounting "pins" total. This particular system does not use any bearings and mounting shafts can become galvanically fused into the ram or bracket from stray electric fields. It is important to replace or install the motor grounding strap when installing a new motor.
The two large horizontal ones are load bearing shafts. They look like a 4" long piece of heavy rod. Depending upon system version it may have either a hole drilled through the center or a smoothed grove on one end.
The two smaller vertical shafts are SS retaining pins. They look like short, heavy nails. using a punch or screwdriver you drive and pry them out. try not to ruin them but don't worry if you do. They are a readily available $2 part.
