Went to start the boat to get ready for the season and nothing. That was odd because it was running fine earlier. Checked to 20 amp fuse on the motor it was blown. Replaced it and still nothing. 12.65 volts on battery. Turn key to on position and im getting 12.65 on both sides of relay switch and on the yellow/red wire and black. Turn key off and the same result. Checked fuse its still good. You think starter relay is bad? I would of thought with power on both sides it would constantly be engaged and turning over the starter.
