Recently had a new powerhead installed on my 2001, Mercury 225 EFI. Running break-in oil in the tank, the motor starts good, idles fine, but when I try to get on plane, it bogs out at 1800 RPMS. I have tried to test my Throttle Position Sensor, (without the harness, using two strans of cat 5 wire) and the reading are reversed, i.e. I get the high voltage reading, 3.5 to 4.0 volts at closed throttle and the .9 to 1.0 volt reading at WOT. But this could just be my inept shade tree mechanic skills. Everything worked fine before I had the powerhead installed. (Maybe a bad sensor or wired wrong???)
