Duoprop F7 is too big by 400+rpms

Scott I found D6s never used and ten years old, and will install them in the Spring. A lingering problem is the RPM needle falls to zero after about 15 to 20 mins. Since the gauge has the hour meter I want to try and fix it. Do you think the threads of the connections have oxidized? Or is it a...

Duoprop F7 is too big by 400+rpms

Hi. My 5.7L is running a F7 duoprop but I'm only turning 4200rpm with 2 people on board. So I would like 400 to 500 more rpm, and to confuse you all, I want to move over to aluminium props. What size ''D'' props should I get? For the hell of it, what rpm will a F6 give me?

    Canadian trends

Changs that I'll remember for the year 2002.
1. The word Christmas is being dropped from the literature that is politically correct. All levels of gouvernment are doing it. At city hall in Toronto we have our annual "Holiday Tree".
2. To win an election don't appeal to the...

    Baghdad Café

With the right odds I would bet that the inspectors won't find any arms of mass destruction in Iraq. Quite a few months ago the Iraqis visited their old enemies in Iran. Their timing was right. Just enough time to truck anything of IMPORTANCE over the border for safe keeping. There's one thing...

    Don't forget GASLINE ANTIFREEZE!

As important as decarbonizing an engine we should all add some gasline antifreeze to the gas tank sometime in the summer. Texans and lost Canadians as well! NKG BUHX vs. CHAMPION L76V

The common plug for many Force engines is the BUHX but after a season+ with Champion L76V I'm impressed. To do further testing I would like to know which one (both have a fixed gap) would give the same engine a higher WOT. For the brave heart run two of each in a 125 (XOXO) to see which one...
