So I removed some poorly done decals from my engine and am now faced with "Merc" in glue.
I have tried WD 40 and Goo Gone to no avail.
Any ideas? Acetone?
Would like to remove the glue residue with the underlying paint.

I want to do a link and sync on a J25RSSE, but the seloc manual pics don't seem to match with the engine. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe general guidelines for setting the linkage. I have a pretty good handle on the parts involved, mine just seem to be configured differently.
