    I have a 24' Smokercraft 2004 with a 115 Merc. I had the underside skinned. I'm currently running WOT, trimmed out at 28mph with a 15" pitch prop. I can only get 4800 RPM. Should I be concerned about not achieving the full RPM? The engine is rated 5000 -6000. Michael
