Hi, a buddy and me were out trolling spoons in the St. Clair River (FW, 42 deg. ) downriggers were down (17 - 25 ft.) and we noticed that we were getting small shocks when touching various items. We have not noticed this before, any ideas? Thanks

I found a set of brass or bronze (I think Brass) 3 blade propellers , they are approx 12" in Diameter , tappered with key way (3/4"+ to 1" ) slides on shaft 2 3/4" long.
The marking on the first one: CHRIS-CRAFT 708 RH , T69 , EQUI-POISE T-36 .
And...
