    Ran in lake at dark and did 7/16 gap test and passed , no arching that I can see anywhere , still limited to 3000 rpms , I’m supsing voltage regulator , going to check timer base when advanced with DVA to see if any cylinders are are not getting voltage they should

    Around 1300 the engine is max hp for hull , had a 90 on it before and did find just no speed
