    Wow polishing aluminum looks like lots of work and money with various sanding disks, buffing pads etc. Polishing aluminum boat Might just stick to painting. Im thinking of Rust-oleum topside paint but unsure on primer. I see some use Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Oil-Based Alkyd Primer.

    Decided to remove the motor and flip the boat. I couldn’t get to the hole to rivet while it sat on the trailer. Might strip the paint while I’m at it.

    Im trying to figure out if the plywood for the floors is supposed to end at the rib or go into the gap on the side wall? I have access to some used 5x10 form ply and the rib width is right around 5'.

    Foam popped out easy in big chunks, you can see the big rusted screws in the ribs, also I have a cracked knee brace? at the transom that will need work. Plan on putting some angle aluminum to double up where the tab is cracked.
