    Thanks Crosbyman, for your questions and answers, I appreciate it a lot. I only assumed the liquid was fuel, great to know it's water cooling and should be there. I of course saw the hoses but it didn't make sense to me that water (any liquid for that matter) would flow over the circuit board...

    Fuel appears to be inside of my Evinrude E-TEC Engine Management Module (EMM)

    My engine will not start. Fuel appears to be inside of my Evinrude E-TEC Engine Management Module (EMM), has anyone ever has this happen to them? Any insight into how this could have happened I would be grateful to know! Thank you.
