    this cleaner i bought from a auto parts store says it has some cleaner in it and its so harmfull that after i let the carbs soak wash them off with water and then dry. im not the brightest bulb in the batch but i do know water and carbs. dont mix. does this mean rirnse with water and then blow...

    same question " let me rephrase it"

    my boat will die when i engauge the throttle. i have replaced fuel lines ,add fuel stabilizer, rebuilt carbs, new coils,plugs,wires,gas and cables.what else caould cause it to die. 1985 evinrude vro.

    boat hull problem

    i have a 85 procraft and the rubber part that goes around to middle of the boat is coming off. under it it has screws and there backing off. if i took off the rubber coating where can i buy mnore or will i be able to use it again once i have the screws anchored.

    Hi,<br /><br /> i have a 115 evinrude 85 model vro and on the hose it will rev up but when i put it in the water it will not rev or go. i thought the linkage on the cables were unadjusted but i believe its on the carbs. please give me some suggestions.. :eek: :confused:
