    starting problems

    thanx for replying to start off but now for the 2 questions.<br />the boat motor is a 115 evinrude v4<br /><br />1) the boat will not start period when its cold. i know its bad to use starting fluid to start it but i did a couple time and then it picks up and starts running. once it warms up it...
