Would any of you be able to identify this boat. Going look at it tomorrow but would like to look it up to see what it could be once restored. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this post.
so I have a 2010 Yamaha 25esh tiller handle. the bracket that works the tilt or trim is cracked.. I have a replacement part ordered.
my question is disconnecting the shift rod... how do I and what are the steps involved In removing the shift rod.
does the whole lower unit need to be removed? or...
so... here goes again another dreaded is my motor set in the right height and is my prop inadequate questions. lol.

I've recently acquired a 22ft marquis fishing boat with small cabin in the bow .... the wood everywhere is rotten!!!! i do not intend to restore this boat to motor able conditions...however...i would like to turn it into a cabin or houseboat for the camp... it will be a little small apartment i...
so this weekend i took a reciprocating saw to the transom top to clean it out to pour in some seacast hopefully....there was mud in the bottom of the transom which i assume was organic compound due to ROT....
so.i decided to cut the inside of the transom and found plenty of roteven some bondo...
just wondering if anyone here has used GIT-ROT to fix their transom?
my 72 newman charger is rated for an 80 but im probably going with a 40-50hp since i know someone that has a solid running johnson setup with steering that may be "donated".
anyway wondering how strong this stuff really...
i have a 72 newman charger ski boat.
it has the walk through windshield and has snaps on top of the windshield frame for a bimini top...all hardware is missing except the snaps.
