I recently purchased a 1982 Carver Mariner 3396 and realized my steering seemed to be frozen. I’ve disconnected the steering arm and managed to free up the port side tiller but can’t seem to get the starboard side moving. Anyone have any ideas or experience with this non hydraulic type steering...
