i decide today to change gear oil in 9.9 mercury 1997 i think ,, turned the vent screw, and it just kept turning on air, i can't take it out nor i can't tightened / i tried to put something under the screw to put pressure so it could come undone, but nothing could fit under even a razor knife ...
